I always start at 100% erect, usually my penis will subside to a semi-erect state during the session. The closer to erect I am working, the more expansion I am getting.

The point of the study was that wearing constricting undergarments cause a shrinkage of size, not a loss because of lack of maintenance. Be careful and learn to wrap. It does take some practice. Go for tight, short sessions at first. Find the perfect tightness that does not restrict to the point of retention after 30 minutes. If you can strap tightly, for 30 minute sessions, you will be doing a great service to cementing gains.

Keep in mind that cemented, permanent gains can and will be lost through poor [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis health[/words], restrictive clothing, poor diet, poor blood flow. Many sources can shrink full grown tissue whether it is the brain or the penis.
