2 months of PE and whats up with this.

IDk if it possible but i gained 0.5-1cm in BPEL im 17 cm BPEL i am less in NBPEL before PE i was 14-14.5cm NBPEL no i have a hard time getting past 13cm. WHY is it because i work it out to much and maybe to hard/to tight of grip. i did PE back in april i think for 2 months same happened my penis couldnt get as long as pre PE i had to quit for 2-3 weeks for it to go back to normal length. ?:(

Maybe you're getting fatigued so your erection isn't quite as full.

And usually a gain in BPEL means the NBPEL gains are right around the corner.

More than likely it's fatigue (as waking said). I also wouldn't measure after workouts. I mean you can, it's just I wouldn't mark that down as your measurement since a lot of temporary factors will come into play.

What is your routine like?

Usually 5 mins of warm up 15 of jelqing and 5 or so of stretching my whole routine taking about 20 mins and I did it about 4-5 days a week. Mon-friday I probably should at a warm down and space my workouts apart. How long will it take for fatigue to go away. Also does masturbation fatigue or make healing longer

I'm not sure how long it would last. Usually for me it's just within the next day or two and then things subside.

When did you measure last and how long was it after a routine?

Masturbation can cause turtling which can be brought on by fatigue/exhaustion. I don't believe masturbation has negative effects other than lowering your EQ. Some people might get the opposite effect though.

I went 48hrs after a workout and no masturbation and I was 13cm. I should be 15cm at least since I gained 0.5-1cm bpel. And I was just punching 14.5cm nbpel. 8 weeks ago. I should probably exercise more I'm not fat or over weight but I'm.probably not the health eat person

Those may have just been temp gains. It really depends on when you measured before, you may have not kept those gains for that long. I would still continue w/ the routine(s) though and just continue to gauge where you @ in your next measuring cycle.

did you measure your bpel and nbp straight after one another? if thats the case and you nbp is lower than it was before, then you have probably gained weight (more fat pad). if they were on different days then it was probs just eq

This is a big reason I suggest measuring BPFS more frequently than BPEL, it gives the user an idea of what he can expect if he continues his work.
