gained 0.2 inches & bit of girth too...

I´m happy that I gained, but come on it could be more >:(

Anyway, shall I continue with Phase 2 now?
Don´t wanna rush things, would I overdo it if I add the A-stretch + basic stretches to my routine.. & of course Phase2 girth excercises..?

You wouldn't over do it, but there isn't anything wrong with keeping to the basics if you cannot grow anymore with your current routine. Don't become too discouraged with your gains. Some people gain right off of the bat, and some people start gaining later. Whatever you do, do not become too obsessed with measurements. Penis Enlargement is not just about lengthening yourself. It's about psychological development as well.
 
When I started out I was doing ligament stretches. I gained maybe a quarter inch in a months time.

Just grab your dick from between your legs just in front of your asshole. Use the standard Ok grip only it's thruogh all your scrotum through the skin and pull down slowly till you get some good tension. It will put a lot of pressure on the ligamanets that hold it close to your body above your pubic bone.

Just feel around and you'll develop your own style with it. As you get longer you'll end up miving your grip farther back. you can also combine it with lazy ass stretches for more tension.

I did them while sitting in a chair by reaching from the outside and under my thigh if that makes sense.

I've tried describing it before and I guess my descriptions seem confusing. It's really pretty simnple though.

I was able to get about 1.5" extra by doing that. Doesn't do anything for girth though.

Don't give up, this stuff takes a while and sometimes you can really see any progress and then bam you're in another league. he he

No, it was about 1/4" in maybe the last months time, but it's not really cemented. Only shows up like that after a good session if you know what I mean.

The 1.5 took over a year. I think my anatomy somewhat contributed to it as I was sort of high hung and the ligs were easy to stretch.

I think I probably spent about 15 mins to maybe a half an hour on my initial lig work per day. alot of that was just sitting and smoking and thinking about it between stretches. If you figure in a yoga routine a person stretches whatever parts during a move for only a short time with big results early on, then Pe should be the same.

I only worked on my ligs for my first year or so.

Seems like everyone is seeing peoples results and saying, "gee he got __blank__ gains, I should be able to do the same". Guys should probably place their expectations more along the lines of X percentage of beginning length and girth during first year. I think I gained about 20% over a years time.

Then of course there is the much talked about newbie gains. If I could gain like I did the first three months I'd have a ten incher by now.

If you have a 4 inch girth and want to be 6 inch girth, you're probably talking about years. If you have a 5 inch BPenis EnlargementL, you should aim for maybe 6.5 over a years time.
