gained 0.2 inches & bit of girth too...
I´m happy that I gained, but come on it could be more
Anyway, shall I continue with Phase 2 now?
Don´t wanna rush things, would I overdo it if I add the A-stretch + basic stretches to my routine.. & of course Phase2 girth excercises..?
