Ive mad similar topics about this but I think I was measuring incorrectly.

My erect length is at 5 1/2 (5.5) inches.

And for my bone pressed erect length.. I was just pushing the fat away. Not pushing the ruler in.. And I measured at exactly 6.5 inches

After doing research.. It seems you should be pressing down untill you feel the bone.. (DUH lol)

Well im now measuring at 7 1/2 (7.5) inches...

Im 100% sure im measuring correctly. Im measuring side by side and ive used 2 rulers and a measuring tape. All came out to 7 1/2.

So that means my real penis size is 7.5 inches... But my visual penis is at 5.5. Which really fucking pisses me off.

If I loose weight to the average weight of someone that is 6,5 feet tall... How much visual Erect length do you guys think ill have?

Im not sure how much of a fat pad a non overweight person has?

I can relate, I had a huge fat pad that covered much of the gains I made. An average weight person usually will have about 1 inch of fatpad. The best plan of attack is to continue doing Penis Enlargement so you will gain new size while you train to lose weight. When both are done you will be a new man with a visually huge penis.

Alrighty man thanks.

I have 1 hour of running/jogging in my routine and 1 hour of weightlifting. Does that seem good enough to loose the fat pad? Ive heard muscle exercises help to bulk up the pelvic area.. But im not sure if its true.

Both will help. The jogging is going to help you burn fat while the weight lifting will also do this but also help to build muscle. If you do this in addition to your Penis Enlargement your visual size will be massive. When the weight is lost size you have already had will become exposed while new gains will be visible.

Losing weight is about calories, doesnt matter how much you excersise if you dont ingest less calories then you get rid of you still wont lose any fat, losing weight is simple mathematic, calories in vs calories out, so saying jogging will make you lose fat is not entirely correct, you can gain fat even if you jogg 3 hours per day if you are plus on calories...just sayin :)

You are correct and I missed giving dietary advice, thanks for the addition.

When you say you are measuring side by side, does that mean you are measuring from the side of the penis?

Whenever you want to measure, you have to measure from the top of the penis and not the sides.

losing weight is mostly about hormones.
you can diet and exersise all you want but if you are stressed out the hormones will stop any weight loss you are planning to have.
i exersise and diet while stressed out and lose zero lbs in 6 months.
i eat burgers every day and no exersise while low stress and i lose weight

True. The trick is to cause your body to think you need to burn caloric loads. Research on HMB in combo with Vit D3, and l-citrulline malate. The combo helps to keep your system pumping, and any light exercises allow a refocus of caloric burn from fat rather than muscles.

but also
some people react differently to stress
when i had 2 months of everything going well and managed my stress i lost almost 40 lbs without any effort or struggle.
i just didnt feel like eating sht food. and didnt have to force myself to eat healthy
then i had a very stressful event around january
and gained 15 lbs in less than 2 weeks with no other changes in lifestyle.
went on a strict keto diet for 6 months and gained 5 lbs instead of losing again with no change in anything except chronic stress.

my ex on the other hand would get skinny when she is stressed out. and when shes happy and relaxed she would get a bit chunky.

I can attest to that as a person who’s been actively working out my whole life. Got T-cancer at age 21 and struggled for over 10 years with low T before I FINALLY at the age of 34 started with TRT.

Now my total T never goes below 750-800 ng/dL and my free test levels are also in the upper end of the scale. I feel so much better now and muscle building and fat burning has improved drastically.

And I only have to self inject once every 8’th week since I’m on Nebido(Undecaonate ester). Also on 20mg of Tamoxifen daily and 1000iU of HCG every other day and I LOVE it.

Oh Man! Just reading this and wanted to drop this here: I am NOT a processional and this is just my opinion, but Tamoxifen does have issues with long term use and risks of DVT’s and other Thrombosis issues and stroke risk. I understand the risk/reward deal, I do, but maybe look at an alternative. That would be Calcium D Glucarate. This supplement pulls out excess estrogens from the liver process and helps to balance hormonal levels. Read up on this. I had an ex wife on Tamoxifen with her breast cancer. Deep dive and realized the potential horrors of Tamoxifen. I was shocked and pulled that medicine right off the table! It has its place, possibly, for very estrogen dependent cancers etc, but just read up on the Calcium D Glucarate and see if this might help. The Human Chorionic Gonadotropin is good for on increasing LH and FSH. Just my opinions here. Hope all works out, brother. 👊

There are long term cases for those who are on vs those are on alternatives. Some unique ones only received all benefits without the resulting long term side effects, while most have side effects with very little benefits. But yes, do make sure to investigate long term side effects as precautionary flags to be aware of.

Appreciate the tip brother, though it seems like the research on it is very inconclusive regarding it’s effects.

I’m already on a cock-tail of other herbs and supplements like Damiana Leaves, Stinging Nettle Root, Ashwagahnda, Fenugreek Seed, triple Boron Complex, Q10, multivitamin and Selen with the last two being especially healthy for the heart, increasing longevity and reducing age related stressors.

Might end up adding Calcium D Glucarate to the mix in the future just to test it out though I’m already on several different things that helps regarding estrogen like the Stinging Nettle Root.

For now I’m sticking to the Tamoxifen/Nolvadex as I did my research before starting on it and already knew it can cause blood clots and stroke so I’m very aware of the risks, but I really do appreciate you warning and consern regarding my health so thanks again for the tip brother.
