I heard it's not about the size, but how you perform on camera ( duh ). Meaning, you have to be hard on cue. Not hard, eh? ( No pun ). Try doing it in front of alot of people while they're watching you ( Camera crew, set crew, director giving you directions and such ). Than you'll see how hard it is to get in.

Also, from what I understand, it can be about who you know. Living somewhere close to the industry can help. LA or Miami for example. Looks are not everything, but can help. Then again good looking people in adult entertainment are literally a DIME A DOZEN. It's more about performing on cue and under pressure. Producers/directors have a set amount of time usually and if you eat into their time because you can't bust your nut when THEY are ready, you won't get called back. Most guys will make (straight adult entertainment) $300-$500 a scene. Having talked to guys who actually are in adult entertainment (guys from Bang Bros), you're very lucky if you get more than one scene and even luckier if you keep getting work. There are literally guys knocking doors down trying to get into adult entertainment.

"Gay for pay" or gay adult entertainment on the other hand, guys get between $500-$2500 per scene depending on what they do...and the work is a lot easier to find if you have a good look and big or decent penis. You still have to meet performance standards of course. It's more similar to how women in straight adult entertainment are paid. It depends on how bad you want to BE IN adult entertainment. Most actors, despite what they will tell you face to face, (take Peter North for example LOL...what a joker) have made extreme sacrifices and compromises to get a big name. Peter North will still to this day, deny he ever did gay for pay, even though he is documented to have done it.

Of course, don't be so ignorant as to think that you will not get STDs. That's a part of being a "adult entertainment star". The less glamorous, rarely discussed side. SURE, you are required to regularly get tested (I think around 4 times per year) for HIV, and Hepatitis, however that won't keep you from getting things like herpes, or genital warts. If you're ok with those issues, go for it. Condoms don't protect against all STDs though...and condoms don't sell adult entertainment.
