Hi,

Well, I've never been a very consistent Penis Enlargement'er, but I think I want to give a serious try. For me, that means buying some stuff to help me in my gaining. Before I do that, I just want to ask a few questions, to be sure I'm doing the right thing.

My questions are:

1. LOT theory: is it just stretching your penis and kegeling? Because, when I do that, my penis goes more downwards, than it goes into my body. I don't know how to explain it more correctly, but the penis doesn't really go horizontally into my body, but more vertically to the ground. I still see a little bit of movement when kegeling at 6 o'clock, but I do have a pretty high erection level. I don't understand this theory, at all...

2. I already have some problems with manual stretching, because my fingers constantly slip off. When using baby powder, it goes better, but I'm afraid that's going to be worse with hanging. So do you guys think I could hang (uncircumcised btw)?

I'm uncircumcised too. Best way to do it and it's what I do to help me, is to do some Jelqs to get me blood into the glans befor you start your stretching, you get a much better grip this way.

Thanks, I actually did try that, but do you also feel pain in your glans when doing that? I'm afraid it might be (too) risky. And, did you try hanging that way or don't you hang at all?

I've been doing it that way for 8months and yes I do get the pain and it's been fine! Your cock gets used to it as time go's. I do hang and it's been fine also doing it that way.

Now I just need to understand the LOT theory better, to see if hanging is my thing.

The LOT theory is just a theory it don't mean anything really IMO. it's just an old saying back when Penis Enlargement 1st started. But some may feel it's not so I can't say for everyone.

LOT is a good theory to keep in mind but using it as gospel would be sili. I believe gains come from multiple angles and using LOT to determine those angles many be limiting in the gains we make. Remember, my LOT has reflected I could not make ligament gains but I went on to make insane ligament gains despite this.
 
I was going by something that BigAl said to me a year ago.

I don't prescribe to the LOT theory. If you want to stretch your ligaments to their maximum, stretch your penis towards the floor and focus your attention on refining the angle (forward or back) by concentrating on the deepest sensation of a particular stretching position. When you find that particular point, stick with it.

What I do now when I'm hanging is that I stretch at 5 different angles.
1. Over the shoulder
2. Straight up
3. Up and out
4. Straight out
5. Down

So now I'm getting all the angles :)

That makes a lot more sense than LOT:) Stretch a lot of angles and gain a lot of cock.
 
Well, I can't say it's a trash theory, but it's incomplete. It's easy to improve that theory into a full blown approach, but the LOT theory will encroach onto and into other theories that all ready successfully established their grounds.

LOT is a lot of bullshit. When I was told my LOT was maxed out I was at 8.5 inches but I ignored it and went on to gain 3 more inches!
