@oldandlively with lengthmaster I can feel the work I have done. I feel it at the base of the penis that touches the body. The problem is that I do not feel the soreness with 5x5x3. The only "fatigueness" I feel is progressively when reaching the 3rd 5-mins-pump where the 10hg seem more difficult for me and It is more difficult for me to get erection (not easy comparing how easy it is when I start the 5x5x3 routine). Other than that I might sometimes feel a little pain in the shaft because of the ssj but.... that's it. Nothing else and I do not know if this kind of soreness is enough. But everything passes when I sleep 8 hours. Can you tell me what you think ?
I think I have a theory on this. What you have is a very low dull sense of pain that you indicated in the past posts. From what I can see of all your posts, your pain threshold negates any kind of fatigue sensation that you may feel. This is where they're dangers also lay. It's also the benefit to your new kind of gains. The method is the same, but the amount of traction force and pumping pressure will place you into a moderate to possible very high danger zone. You can attempt if you like.
This forces you to use the LengthMaster for 10 minutes, then the pump for the next 20 minutes, in combination roughly around an hour worth of routine because you have to make adjustments.
For the LengthMaster, you need to use contortion or twisting of your penis as much as you can. The minimum amount of rotation should be 360°. Make sure you do the same thing for the other direction. If you cannot achieve 360 rotation, do as far as you can, but make sure to have the same amount of rotational degree as the other side. When you pull the LengthMaster behind your cheeks, make sure to pull as hard as you can. This means, you have to exceed that 7 lb of traction force. I'm suspecting that you are already at 15 lb of traction force. No matter what the traction force may be, go as high and as hard as you can. This means you have to rotate one side for 5 minutes, then rotate to the other side for 5 minutes. This is to prevent Peyronie's issues. Using the length maths first with this method will force your tissues to reach fatigue in no time.
I know you can't get too much of an erection, but do as best as you can. Remember, full erection is needed, but we are adapting to your needs.
Once you are done with the LengthMaster, give yourself a few minutes of rest. Use the pump to use with water. Start slow and go up to 8inHg. Stay for 2 minutes, drop to 6inHg, and stay for 1 minutes. Do SSJ as much as you like since SSJ helps you out with expansion.
Next pumping set, go slow to 8inHg, for 1 minute, up to 10inHg for 2 minutes, and then SSJ for however long you want. As you are entering into higher pressures, fluid retention will build.
Since you indicated in the past post that you can go higher and only feel like you get good expansion past 10inHg, you are now entering the dark magic growth zone. Be very careful. When pumping high, make sure to pay attention to everything like a mad man. Got straight up to 10inHg for 1 minute, slowly pump up to the upper pressure you think it's just right for you for that dull expansion feeling. Stay there for 2 minutes. Drop back down to 10 inHg for one minute. Noticed that this set of pumping has a total of 4 minutes. Perform your SSJ. This pumping set can be done 2 to 3 more times if you wish.
Cock ring on for as long as you can, if you can get an erection. If you cannot, just wrap it or use the penis
sleeve and prevent it from retracting. Keep the penis elongated as long as you can throughout the day.
