Hey guys, I have been having some absolutely amazing success with my routines.
Everyday I have been using hand based exercises, pumping, a new amazing stretcher, and I have been gaining very well.
The only side effect that have been experiencing is some premature ejaculation.
My erections are healthy, I feel like I’m progressing very well and I don’t think my premature ejaculation is holding me back.

I want to ignore it, and just keep moving forward.
Should I take any caution over this?
Or can I just keep progressing?
 
I should clarify, I’ve had this before, backed off my routines, and it went away…. But now i don’t want to back off and I’m wondering if anyone feels that’s safe.
I just jerk off it increases my stamina a bit and then I’m able to do everything in my routine.
But I’m a bit of a minute man currently.
I was considering just continuing to move forward but incorporating more kegels.
Is it safe? What do you guys think?

You can add kegels to your routine. It is very advisable to do so. Kegel will as a matter of fact, help with erections which will help boost your erections and show your true measurement each time you want to measure.

So just to clarify, you think I’m good to just keep going and just add Kegels?

It's quite common as your newly developed nerve segments become more sensitive during growth.

You can move forward as is. To train your new nerve growth, you can perform tighter and more intense slow squash jelq. This allows your nerves to get desensitized through forced sensitivity training. This will also aid the brain to deal with premature ejaculation as you can lean to edge off during times of of high sensitivity.

Learn edging off, or backing off during intense sensitivity where you about to ejaculate. Ejaculation is all about how you control your mind and edge off the sensitivity that leads you to blow off your load.

When you are young, I wouldn't go crazy on kegels. Kegels is great to make your load pops like a rocket and maintain EQ, but it will now deal with sensitivity that leads to early ejaculation.

It's safe. 120 short 1-second kegels and 60 long 5-second kegels. This is from the agreement and vouching recommendations from urologists.
