If you plan on using the passive method Fully Occupied Clamping (FOC), or something close to it, with a device, think carefully of what the process is. The cable clamp photo there is just that. It's a fully ocucpied clamping device.
You indicated you're NOT using the FOC method. At this point, we're not sure what you mean by that method. Is it wrapping? Tourniquet? All day tightening at the base of the penis like a tight penis ring?

Hey, I know that one. I used to have one of those. The newer one that you can use while you are on the go is much smaller. Doesn't work as well.
You can use this or your can use a pump silicone donut like this:You enter the penis in this device flaccid.
You are getting erect (either your self, either with pump)
Then you push that bulb there, and it adds air and the air goes to those "whites" silicons, and it tightens the penis, "like struggling" but it is only as powerful as if you could clamp with your hand. (It can be more powerful, but not reason to do it)

When you use the restrictor-constrictor device at the base of the penis, once you get the blood into the penis, the device can provide constantly pressure around the base. If you're using it for the SSJ, using moderate pressure without causing discomfort AND not more than 5 minutes at a time, while you're doing your SSJ, you can see an improvement for your expansion. I can't say it will provide you better erectile quality because you are stressing the crap out of the penis for the expansion. Expansion will be good, EQ will be slightly less.Also just using it lightly with 5x5x3 will bring more results or not?

It is to flex your soft tissues, while building strength to it to promote erection quality.I was thinking on just doing 5x5x3 and then use this device slightly and not at max to do clamping for 30 mins. 5 mins clamping 5 mins rest and so on until 30 minutes.
I would say max out your blood volume as much as possible, lower the pressure down, and do short pumping intervals to test. Don't go crazy when you see improvement and expansion.The clamping won't be super strong, I Will leave a little place for blood to move but the errection will be forced by a pump at 7hg.

I could swear I never felt Penis-Fatigue in my life, only I am bored (or not have libido) and cant follow the program. Even when I was okay and did 4 days in a row, I never felt any fatigueness. I think that is just old school way of doing things without the mention of how far we have gone in the last 10 years with other methods. In other words, with what we know, this is very worrisome that this information is still out there. I would already not use that device with such a note from the developer, if they would have said max 15 min a day I would have respected them more.For the clamp to work, the developer says 1 hour each other day and not more.
