So I've been kind of wondering, I can't make that mind muscle connection with a kegel flaccid yet. So I do them when I'm semi-erect or fully erect so I can visually see my penis move up and down. Is that even a kegel?How much of a difference is it between flaccid and erect? I mean when I do them erect or semi-erect, I can only get to about 50 before I know I'm fatigued and little to no movement is seen.
