P.E. experiments. Cold water and Massage Therapy Guns

Has anyone ever tried stretching through cold water for recovery. I know it sounds strange because cold water constricts and causes turtling. During my recovery from hard/firm flaccid, I did contrast showers with bundled stretches. I would take the shower nozzle down and with one hand spray cold water on the penis and other hand twist and pull gently for 3-5 minutes. Then switch back to warm water for 3-5 minutes and bundle stretch. Repeated for 3 sets. I was also doing other things at the time like rice socks heated up and placed on the penis above clothing to keep it warm and massage. Now when I have a cold shower, and I do some stretching in the cold water, my penis doesn't turtle as much, its almost like its more resistant to cold water turtling. After a cold shower, It feels nice and full/soft/ and fully flaccid. We do know that cold water plays a role in recovery for muscles and other therapeutic interventions. Im curious if anyone has tried cold water. I haven't used the bathmate with cold water yet, still do warm water with that and combine with SlowSqualshJelqs.

Theragun/Massage Gun. I have a theragun mini, and have gently used it on the lowest setting to massage up the root of the penis underneath as well as down to the internal penis and close to the perineum. As i use the massage gun under the glans it feels unreal. No pain, No bad symptoms or nothing that feels wrong. After using it for a few minutes, I notice that I feel very warmed up. I know there are guys using the angion method and the sabre method to strike the penis and use the angion wheel to repeatedly go over the penis which seems intense. The massage gun is also providing vibration.

I've been very gentle and not over doing anything during these experiments. Haven't noticed any size increases yet but rather feel it helps contribute to recovery and warm up.

I've always went with warm water, but I have seen a few threads on the forum over the past few years, so you might wanna search for cold water. Therapy

You can cool your tissues to promote blood flow through thermal shocking, but during stretching, stick with warm to hot water (not scalding). This is the best way to maintain tissue malleability during the routines.
