SRT and all the tools

Hey all. Has been a while since I've been "here" and into PE in general.

I've had moderate success in the past (7 years ago) with sizegenetics and wrapping. Was up to about 7.75" BPEL, but that of course is no longer. I'm a little under 7" now on a good day, and I'm ready to push for that elusive 8" using the SRT method.

Since those early days I've acquired mutliple more tools. Sillistretcher (haven't even used yet), lengthmaster, weights, sizegenetics of course, about 42 wraps (hahaha time to dwindle them down) and bathmate.

Because most these tools have been touted as "amazing" tools, I'd love to implement them into MY SRT plan. I've seen posts about their individual applicable use in SRT, but not specifically how to utilize them all in a plan.

Since I'm working from home, and have about 7-9 hours daily of fairly free use, I have some flexibility. I do have some time where I will need to be stealthy, but I'll have to figure that out, as it will change with some folks in my house soon.

So should I consider the following uses and daily durations? Open for input, these were just me applying the tool to the "theory".

Morning daily stretches: Lengthmaster 15 minutes
ADS or hanging: Sillistretcher 4-5 hours
Recovery: Sizegenetics 2-3 hours
Evening girth: bathmate and jelqs 15 minutes

I really, really, want this badly and am willing to put in the work. I just need a solid plan that I can execute daily and not wonder if it's effective or not. An inch gain or more seems realistic and with other lifestyle changes is what I need right now.

If I was you, I would do:
MOSRED 10 mins
Lengthmaster bundled literal streteches: 20 min
5x5x3 for Girth
SiliSleeve: 6 hours

And at nigth LM bundled literal stretches: 20 min + Silisleeve

Welcome back brother.

Looks like the process didn't cement. Were you doing any post gain routines, such as a day a week wearing? Remember, the cementing process can take anywhere between a couple of months to nearly a year to cement permanent gains. Each individual is different.

Since those early days I've acquired mutliple more tools. Sillistretcher (haven't even used yet), lengthmaster, weights, sizegenetics of course, about 42 wraps (hahaha time to dwindle them down) and bathmate.

You got the suite of tools brother. Use them to bring your length back and gain more.

Your gain plan is practically an open book with that kind of flexibilty. So, this is my personal vision:
  • Length Master to soften the tissues and do preliminary stretches to prime the tissues. This is to engage higher traction force as you ease back into your PE program.
  • Size Genetic to keep the tension constant all day long at the lower weight system around 2.4lbs to 2.7lbs.
  • SiliStretcher if you need to be on the run. You have to get through the learning curve. If that's the case, use it at home after the Length Master so you can work out the kinks before wearing it on the run. Too kep the tension constant like the Size Genetic, you can use the weights. Just watch your feet if the weights become unstable during the light hanging. Keep the total traction force around 2.4lbs to 2.7lbs.
  • Bathmate is a great unit for the on-the-go. But make sure to get a system with a vacuum gauge. I have to place my Bathmate in the closet semi-retired until I'm traveling. It's modded with a gauge.

So should I consider the following uses and daily durations? Open for input, these were just me applying the tool to the "theory".

Morning daily stretches: Lengthmaster 15 minutes

Increase from 15 minutes to 30 minutes, doing light to moderatre stretches to get back into the game quicker. Light is one level less than the dull feeling the pull. Moderate is the feeing of a dull achy sensation. High load (do not go here with the Length Master until 3 months later) is the feeling of very dull achy pain that doesn't have any kind of sharp or tingling pain.

ADS or hanging: Sillistretcher 4-5 hours
Recovery: Sizegenetics 2-3 hours

Switch this around. Size Genetic for 2 hours for post Length Master stretches to take advantage of the primed tissues. SiliStretcher for 6 to 8 hours just to get acquainted with it for the on-the-go needs.

Evening girth: bathmate and jelqs 15 minutes

Follow the 5x5x3 methods for now. Expect to spend around a total of 30 minutes, eventhough the time is around 15 minutes. It's to prep, clean, and switch between each set.

If you have the budget, also get a red light therapy when possible, with the specs similar to the MoS Red. It's for accellerated healing.

That is the perfect type of tools that will bring great intensity with little effort 👌

Big difference between pain and soreness. if your training right you will feel fatigue or soreness. Being in a fatigue state is the BEST time to stret

@oldandlively so your saying before LengthMaster stretches he should do ads? Wouldn't it be better to go for LengthMaster first then use the ads for 6 to 8

Agree 👍

MOSRED is the best way to go. It is inexpensive and has a lifetime warranty.

I did cement some of the gains, as I started at 6". DLD and I had an email chat a few years back and he revealed I should have kept going to cement. But lesson learned.

As far as the IR light, is the healing researched and documented? Seems like tanning my nether with IR may look a little ridiculous to the wife. So the light will go on the maybe list. I honestly dont want another device.

I know that it's hard to predict growth, but is 1"-1.5" realistic at 52 years old? And what's the likelihood of seeing anything significant in 6 mos? If I gained the 1", it may be sufficient as I can hurt the wife at -7" now if I'm too aggressive.

Finally, I have a theory that I saw my most significant gains years ago when I was experimenting with collagen protein. I would think anything that helps with connective tissue repair (collagen, vitamin C, Glucosamine, etc) would make sense the longer I am doing PE?

Thanks for the input fellas.

My goodness man! You have enough tools at your disposal to make a Goliath of a sausage between your legs. Dust off the tools and get ready for some intense sessions.
Exactly! Put those hard earned tools to work and start SRT. There is plenty of information on the MOSRED on the sales site.

Just to summarize...

30 minutes of Length Master stretches in the morning:
straight up l/c/r x4
straight down l/c/r x4
straight out l/c/r x4
Behind the cheeks l/c/r x4
25 rotary cranks
(Should I plan on adding any additional stretches to this as I progress?) @oldandlively @DLD

Immediately after Length Master, apply SizeGenetics at moderate tension (or sillistretcher if out and about) for most the day.
Out of Size genetics late afternoon and either sillisleeve or ace wrap until girth.

For Girth practice 5x5x3
5 minute squash jelq
5 minute in mityvac (what suction?) @oldandlively @DLD
x3

Loose wrap at bed time

Like kriskros said, great plan of attack so far. See if your tissues are adopting the new stress loading before you go further. Give it a try for a week. Remember to toss in the bundled (or twisting of your penis) whenever you can for a set or two, especially as you go for the BTC.

As you restart your training on your pumping, creep up slowly to start at 4.5inHg. Hold that pressure there to see if the first 5 minutes doesn't create any issue. On the second set, creep up to 5inHg. Remain there to see if your expansion doesn't cause any pain or fluid build up. Third set, increase to 5.5inHg for 5 minutes. Same thing for observation. Make sure to always include the SSJ for every pump set.

Observe to see if your penis relaxes in a plump state for the next few hours even with the loose wrap on.

Next day, if there's no issues with the prior day pumping edema at 4.5inHg to 5.5inHg, start the first set at 5inHg. Second set at 5.5inHg, and very very very slowly increase to 6inHg. Stay here for the next two weeks.

What kind of life style changes ?

Significant weight loss and nutrition changes. Down 40lbs since this post. Have a goal of 90lbs more.
Good for you, I bet you can see so much more penis with all that weight loss. How much size have you grown since you started?

As an additional update, since late May I've incorporated the Restorex. During the summer I don't have a lot of quiet time so I wanted something I could use when I wake and when I go to bed. The Restorex has made that possible. I do wrap after every session, but I could probably wrap more frequently during the day. I'm incorporating the mighty vac a couple times a week as well. When quiet returns I will go back to my morning SRT stretch routine. And likely keep Restorex for a 45 minute session a day. Much more convenient than the sizegentics.

The 1/2" has made a difference in the bedroom as well as the weight loss. Have had to be more cautious with the wife to prevent hurting her.

Nice. Quite a rare few actually used the presciption type devices. Our local urologists prescribed this quite often for the Peyronie's cases since the insurance companies are willing to pay 3/4 of the cost.

Congratulations on the growth. It seems like it has suited you well. I'm looking forward to your experiment in this workout and hope we get some good data. And you get some great gains.

Just a quick update.

Transitioning to a more complete approach in the coming days, including the length master mornings(90 LCR, ULCR, LLCR, BTC) and more regular girth with mityvac.

However, with 1-2 30 minute sessions daily since late May and increasing to 45 minutes since mid-July, I've reached 7.6" BPEL from 6.8". (I'd post a pic in mityvac but wasn't sure the rules and didn't want the thread to get buried.)

I'm wrapping at night, but find myself removing wrap during sleep. Do need to wrap more often. Looking at adding one of the options I have for an ADS, as I've noticed ramp up time when I apply the restorex. Meaning it takes 10 minutes or so to get a good stretch. That's one of the motivators for bumping up to 45 minutes.

The timing on adding the SRT methodology works well as I'm reaching the prescribed limits of the restorex.

I will continue with 1-2 restorex sessions daily for the foreseeable future while adding in the SRT exercises.

Maybe the elusive 8" is attainable after all.

Chris
