Just a quick update.
Transitioning to a more complete approach in the coming days, including the length master mornings(90 LCR, ULCR, LLCR, BTC) and more regular girth with mityvac.
However, with 1-2 30 minute sessions daily since late May and increasing to 45 minutes since mid-July, I've reached 7.6" BPEL from 6.8". (I'd post a pic in mityvac but wasn't sure the rules and didn't want the thread to get buried.)
None at all. Push the update into your own Progress and Routine subforum post under the Members' section. This keeps all your tracking and allows other brothers to see your improvement progression during your journey.
Maybe the elusive 8" is attainable after all.
Slow and steady, brother. Don't rush. 8in is just around the corner.
