Someone with a 6"+ base girth can still gain using the x30

Is Ok to use the x30 from 4.75 to 6" thenAbout 1/2 inch but a 40 makes more sense especially when base girth is usually greater than the upper girth.

Not my site, send an email to support. When Jaz died I no longer was a part of tge sales team. Today I only donate my time to the forum.Mr DLD, do you sell Thck-wall Penis Cylinders?
The following link you provided on your initial post is broken; 404 error. I checked the MOS Shop and I couldn't find the product.
Hi, how does one determine the cylinder diameter for full package pumping? If I am 10" circumference, what size cylinder should I get? What size pump cylinder to order? The rule of thumb is if you are focusing on penis length , order a MityVac pump cylinder in a diameter that is closest to the thickest part of your erect penis girth (see measurements below). The idea is to pack your erect penis in the cylinder and pump so your penis only extends in length since it can't expand much in girth.
Gain Length
Gain Length and Girth
Order a MityVac pump cylinder that is .25" larger in diameter than the thickest part of your erect penis girth. This will allow your penis to expand in girth and length at the same time. Ordering a pump cylinder that is much wider than the girth of your penis is not beneficial and will actually cause you to grow a deformed penis over time. So stick with the recommendations we provide, this is all data collected from pump users over the past 20 years.
How to accurately measure your penis for pump cylinder sizing
Get a piece of string, thread, wire, etc.
Get your penis erect.
Wrap the string around the thickest part of your ERECT shaft or base (whatever is thickest).
For most people, the thickest part of the penis is at the base of the penis by the pelvic bone. In some cases, some men have a thicker upper shaft. If this is the case, measure the thickest part of your shaft.
Mark where the string where it overlaps itself with a pen so that you can see the pen mark on both ends of the string.
Lay the string on a flat surface and measure the distance between the two pen marks with a ruler.
If your erect girth measurement is:
4” to 4.75” Order a 1.75″ diameter pump cylinder
5″ to 5.75” Order a 2″ diameter pump cylinder
6″ to 6.75” Order a 2.25” diameter pump cylinder
7″ to 7.5” Order a 2.5” diameter pump cylinder
7.75” to 8.25” Order a 2.75” diameter pump cylinder
If your measurement is not listed here – Please Contact Us
NOTE: Be sure to use string to measure circumference. A tailors tape or flexible ruler will not provide accurate measurements.
The MityVac standard cylinder length is 9.25 Inches.
Hi, how does one determine the cylinder diameter for full package pumping? If I am 10" circumference, what size cylinder should I get?
Sorry, I am talking about full package pumping, 10" is the circumference of scrotum plus erect penis. So I was thinking of 3" diameter cylinder. Will that work?
Help with choosing a pump. I’ve had one in the past but likely it was sized wrong. Kept sucking my balls into the cylinder at times, as I have a small sack. Near aerodynamic….. LOL
Thanks to this forum, I can size correctly now, but need assistance in whether to go bathmate or mitivac…. What are the benefits of either? My main goal is girth, but willing to gain both length and girth. THANK YALL!
Thank you! Both pump works. The mityvac is more user friendly than the bathmate. You can use the mityvac for both wet and dry pumping. The mityvac has a gauge so you know the exact pressure you are using.
The bathmate doesn't have a gauge.
I'm using the mityvac.
@DLD Mind helping the brother out on the calculation and shipment. It's getting hard for international shipment nowadays.Im intrested in buying the mityvac but not sure which size to choose (the diameter), the lenght will be the biggest one. I have seen the sizing tables but im not sure if i should move up one size or not. My base EG is about 6,7 inches but i cant sometimes reach maybe 6,8 inches depending on how i measure. Midshaft my EG is about 6 inches. The table tells me to buy a 2,25 inch diameter.. but maybe this will be to small to early? This equals a diamater of 7,06 inches. It feels like my base cant expand that much with this tube? Should i take the 2,5 inch instead?
Also i would like to ask if there is any avaible discounts at the time? The freight to sweden and swedens poor exchange rate towards dollars is killing me.. over 60 dollars for the freight only
Edit. Im pumping for girth and have about 8,27 inch in BPEL.

Well at least you getting an 18% discountThank you all for your help. I will aim for the bigger diameter then and thanks for the code!
Will see if i can afford to buy the Mityvac straight away or have to wait a little. I had forgotten about the extra VAT sweden also ads.. 25 % extra lol![]()
That's a partial truth. If there are already deformities, they will become more pronounced. As you expand and fill up the cylinder tightly, everything becomes uniform. The original post said for girth, using too wide of an opening causes deformed penis’.
That applies to all. This is why pumping needs two cylinders to work with. A loose/larger cylinder for a larger expansion, while a cylinder that is slightly larger or snuggy to build uniformity. Are we talking bending deformities? Or things like I’ve seen where:
The shaft is wide (and round) but the head is small.
The shaft is wide but flat.
The shaft is round but bulbous (like it got stung by a bee) all around.
