Penis & scrotum point of connection moving up the shaft??

I don't really know how to articulate this, but I will try...
The point where my scrotum attaches to my penis seems to be moving up my shaft. The thin line on the bottom of my penis? Yeah that. Follow that line down...Where eventually that line turns into the "batman" and connects to my scrotum...all of this seems like it has moved up my shaft. The batman...the line as well...all that. Also, on the side, ball sack is much looser now than was before... when doing the internal stretch suggested by pegym where you grab entire package with one hand and an inch under the glans with another, at first I could barely grip the scrotum right without pinching my balls. Now I have no problem whatsoever...


Is this a tell tale sign of gaining length? Or is stuff getting stretched that shouldn't be?

Are you referring to the "Turkey Neck?"

sounds kind of like turkey neck, which is just excessive scrotal skin. Usually happens when you Penis Enlargement, especially if you have a tight circumcision

Yep that's turkey neck. The best thing you can do is start stretching the skin

When you asked if it was turkey neck I wasn't sure because I'm not familiar with the term. But thanks guys...if thats what this is, i'll do a search and see what I can come up with. I don't think my circumcision is TIGHT all the way around but it is tighter on the top right... ehh

I just checked my penis now and noticed that indeed, that area beneath the penis where the scrotum is attached has moved up a bit. I see it as a sign of gains. Don't let this bother you.
