I have started writing down what I do in my thread from long ago.
I tried the newbie program long ago and also tried
hanging for a good bit of time and cant say I gained much from either of those for length. Turns out I seem to be a bit of a hard gainer when it comes to length but gain girth pretty easily comparatively. The expressive stretching is actually something new to me and I think that may be huge for me. I am trying it now and instinctly feels like it could work for me.

SRT[/words] just the concept of keeping it elongated while healing.
