Over doing it is very personal and different to every man. In my beginnings I trained 2-3 full routines a day, about 5 hours of active Penis Enlargement but much was overkill but my penis could handle it. Find where your limits are by slowing increasing intensity, time and additional routines if able. Currently I am using SRT as the smartest way to train, heal and gain where the entire day is spent doing active or passive penis enlargement. I suggest you read through that also, just to get an idea of the latest and greatest methods.
Just in case you haven't gotten to your dream size from doing the manual routines,buy the length master and the Mityvac from the MOS shop. These devices will bring gains faster for you in length and girth.
