i think the potential consequences aren't worth it especially because your penis is really big already.

1) cost
2) pain
3) chance for disfigurement

1)The cost is much for me.
2) I can deal with that.
3)Yes ive thought about this, which is a major concern too me. But theres a very minimum chance of that happening with drafts.
4) Ive seen some of the post op pictures and the insecion is a tiny little spot.


I'm reseaching it more. And im going in for a consultion in a month, so will see with that.

with this, they make a circular incision pretty much circling the penis, roll back the skin to the base, and wrap that graft skin around the shaft. then they roll the shaft skin back up and sew it back to the head.

oh ok i see. Yeah im thinking of just sticking to manual work and pumping. I just need to gain 1.5" to be at my goal girth. Im sure i can do that.

Actually,
They make a transverse incision under the head of the penis, and one above the base of the penis, the grafts are placed through these 2 entries, the shaft skin is not "rolled" with any technique I've dealt with.

Follow DLD's advice and increase your girth the natural way. It doesn't take that much time or commitment to get that girth you're after. Forget about the surgery.

Till this day in 2025, I doubt there is any girth surgery without side effects.
