99% of the sexual transmitted diseases cannot be prevented by the condoms. You may use top of the line protection, but STDs will enter your system through bodily fluid exposures, either by means of skin contacts, sexual organs, open wounds, or even pathways that allows direct access to the internal areas (eyes, nose, mouth, ears, urethra, etc). So, condoms should be used to protect yourself from having kids (50/50 of breakage durin intense sessions), but to protect yourself from STDs, you're still playing with fire.
