Effects of Over Training?

What are the signs that you're over training and what can result from it? I'd like to do Penis Enlargement every day and i feel like i could, but i don't know how my gains would be affected.
 
Usually erection quality declines. You can do Penis Enlargement everyday, try it and see how it feels for yourself. Some-guys can manage it, while others cant. The signs are very often erection problems, lower motivation and more then likely soreness that doesn't go away.
 
So it doesn't hamper gains? I like doing it every day, but i don't want it to be like body building where over training will kill any kind of gains

I've heard of that happening from "over training" whatever that is. Apparently, the theory goes that the tissues are so fatigued they 'retract' some. I have not had it happen even doing very intense Penis Enlargement daily. Then again, I do have a super cock.
 
Works for me (to train daily) but yes, I've got a diminished EQ. However, when I take 2 days off, it's back and usually as strong or stronger than before-so never was a concern.
 
I would only take a break if my eq was failing but this is so rare that I have not taken too many breaks.

Sometimes training, not even over training, can have a temporary shrivel, this is temporary.
 
I use to do Penis Enlargement everyday for 5 days a week. Use to feel sore all the time and the erection quality wasn't the best. Ever since I've done 3 to 4 days of high intensity Penis Enlargement and clamping, I've had some great EQ and I can actually get harder better. Everyone is different, you have to understand this. Blo Joe might do 6 days a week and still feel better and the other guy might do something else. Everyone is different in this game.
 
Most definitely feel that... i went through the same thing my first month i went hard for three weeks straight then my dick just died it was so sore i took like 4 days off came back and i gained half an inch and my EQ was boss. but i dont wanna go through that kinda pain again so i just throw a rest day in when i need it at most 5 days a month.

One of the effect of over training is a lack of gains or very little gains. Some people also over-train and fail to allow the penis heal in an elongated state.
 
Keeping yourself elongated is so important to cementing gains. if if you if you don't you will end up being turtled, and this will and up healing in that state making gains pull back in.
