So to clarify...I would make an OK [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] at the base and squeeze then make an OK [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] under the glans then squeeze. Next, I would do an accordion style motion to force blood into the chamber?

Not sure if this is a good thing but it works for me. Thus I push against the head

Are you doing an accordion motion as well?

Exactly, just like an accordion.
 
Thats true, and he was doing well before YouTube becamse what it has, and nowadays its quite acceptable to show your face with everything.
 
Just watched the A video.I know the exercise, just wanted to say hats off DLD for showing your face and popularizing the world of PE without giving a single fuck what the mass may think

I became the poster child for PE back in 2003 when GQ magazine came through and did an article about PE. No one was willing to show their face but me so I ended up with much more fame in the business than most people. From that point I did the perfect penis documentary which also brought my face too many people in Europe. But I hundred percent agree with you that If you’re not willing to show your face, and you’re ashamed of this, don’t do it. I’m proud of what we do and I have no shame in showing my face and put in my name behind it.

I've seen that video, but what I'm trying to figure out if I do the SSJs in reps with a break in between, or do I do the accordion-type motion on my penis the entire 5 minutes? Also, can someone use a clamp at the base instead of a hand? Thanks

If you’re referring to the 5×5×3 work out there is no break you go from the SSJ for five minutes right into your pump for five minutes and then repeat this three times.
