Hey,
I've done the newbie routine on and off for around 2 years now but gains have been small especially in my skinny shaft.
At this point, I know what I am aiming for and that is purely girth (+width of course) and I am now fully committed.
However, due to poorness (and being a certain age...lol) I can only use manual exercises/hand work. I already jelq and do toilet seat compressions daily but wanted to know what other manual work i can do to make some gains in girth for my puny shaft.
Thanks a lot for any suggestions.
 
Trying to gain girth w/out a Bathmate sounds like pure work to me...the good news is if you're a helpful, courteous member who frequently posts, you could possibly win one. Come to the dark side of clamping mwhahhahah. Only do it if you are disciplined enough to stay within the safe boundaries of those that have paved the way for you. If you can do that then give it a shot. Another year or two of dedicated girth work will give you fruitful gains!

Btw, what are your starting and current stats? (EG and BPEL)

Clamping? I'll look into it for sure, thanks. Yes, Im now dedicated to the girth work and Im relying on this hard work and vitality from my young age to make some good girth gains, slowly but surely.
I first measured last year in June, was not bone pressed but erect length was 6.65 inches and my erect girth/s were 4.64 inches at base and 4.72 inches below the head. Definitely hoping to increase those girth measurements and have a thick and hopefully wide shaft in the future.

Be extremely careful with clamping, it is the most dangerous exercise that you will find here. It takes practice and mastery to do without injuries. The injuries associated with clamping are thrombosis and discoloration. Please learn the clamp before going all out.
 
Hey guys,
I've been going strong with the girth work virtually everyday for a month now. From the work done, I have some thoughts now. Well, firstly I've come to the realisation that it wasn't my base girth that was weakest but actually my mid-shaft girth that is the most skinny. Looking at my dick whilst flaccid and hard has made me see a weird feature of my shaft that makes me now wonder if any other guys are the same; does anybody's shaft seem to have this natural split horizontally around the center of it, like almost an area where the shaft separates into the bottom half and top half? This may sound very weird and may just be me though aha. Well whatever it is, I at least know now that its my weak point and I'm targeting my girth work there. Another thing was that, I've read endless amounts of posts regarding girth and always see guys talking about being in this engorged state after. But after my daily girth work I have never had this engorged state of my meat being huge or fat or even any different looking at all, even after all the hundreds of jelqs, SSJ's , toilet compressions, edging. Does not having this engorged state mean I'm likely not going to get results, am I just not being intense enough, or does this state not really matter? Sorry for rambling..
Anyways, thanks again for inspiring me everyday to put the work in and I really appreciate any responses.

I have not heard of the split you described but some of the other members may be able to chime in on that. The posts you are referring to with engorgement may be from pumping with the BM or some other pump, that is what it sounds like. My mid shaft girth after a session with the BM is in the range of 5.25 to 5.75. I don't get a lot of expansion with the jelqs alone. It is more of a warm up for me to get the blood flowing

The BathMate 5x5x3 is usually the workout where men will retain the pump as in this routine there is always a pump between .25 to more than an inch. So after the BathMate routine a cock ring retains the pump. The space you refer to most men who get cut have it. Some more than others. It is normal. My advice is to add in the BathMate using teh SRT methods.

I'm now over the 2 month mark since I started the committed girth work and here's what's happened so far.
Well firstly, since I made the revelation of my mid shaft being weakest in girth, I then came to realize its the one measurement I have never actually taken and logged down, meaning inability to check progress. So here it is; mid shaft girth 4' 3.5 1/8ths.
Now to the good news. So from measurements from june 2017, I was at 6.65' in nbpel. I had not really been focusing on length work at all but I decided to take a quick measure yesterday for the sake of it and woah, I'm a hair under 7 inches nbpel!! I am amazed, I only do the odd stretch now and then for length aha (all those jelqs must've helped). And secondly, my base girth measurement june 2017 was 4.64'. I measured yesterday and its up now to exactly 5'!!! I am very happy with this and thankful to all you guys.
Its funny, once i finally see these gains, the first thing my mind does is tell me everything that these gains actually could be rather than gains. Oh maybe I measured wrong, oh maybe the rulers wrong, oh maybe it was just the weight loss. My mind doesn't want to believe the gains, but they've happened dammit.
Again, so thankful to you guys, especially DLD of course.
p.s. I know these are minuscule gains but I still may be able to offer some advice for other noobs, so ask anything if you want.

Now that you have confirmed that PE works, it's time for you to aim straight at your goal. Give it your all, we only have one life to live. Work now and enjoy later.
 
A small gain is enough to fuel the fire of motivation. You have proven to yourself that PE works, now it is time to work it! If you need help with a routine let us know. Here are the two best places to start:
