I would myself personally not use this type of hanger simply because of longevity. It will become completely unreliable when going up in weight which you will have to do to see any results. My advice would be to purchase a proper hanger like the hanger or purchase a lenghmaster which you can hang with or perform manual stretches.
Only my opinion of course but I stand by it 100%.

Any hanger that ties with a shoe lace will be inferior to a professionally made compression hanger. My advice would to purchase a professional hanger that will last a lifetime and be able to withhold the amount of weight needed to gain. I hope you make the right choice bud. It's better to save a little longer and spend a little more money on a reliable hanger than buying twice.

I have used the lenghmaster to hang and my hanger/ bib hanger copy and I prefer the latter. Like I said, it's a personal preference.

Everyone is different but if you are going to hang seriously buy a professional hanger. Homemade devices can be very dangerous. The LengthMaster is not only a hanger, it is so much more.

At no point have I said the lenghmaster doesn't work as a hanger, I said it's a personal choice as to which one a person prefers to use as their hanger. The lenghmaster is an amazing piece of equipment and no one on this forum has done more with it than myself. If I didn't rate the lenghmaster highly I wouldn't of gone out of my way to film all the videos to help people how to use it correctly.
Yes the lenghmaster works as a hanger , but for me , my personal choice, I prefer the way my other hanger grips and feels compared to the lenghmaster.
