Hey I'm starting up again after a long hiatus, and I'm doing a mixture of stretches and different jelqs for the moment, easing myself in. Bearing in mind I'm doing both in a 30~ min workout, should I stretch first and then jelq, or jelq then stretch?

I'm not an expert or anything, but I would say stretch, then jelq. Then you get to fill the newly stretched tissue with blood.

Very insightful! I have never looked at it like this but it make good sense.

I personally enjoy doing length in the AM as stretching does not take much thought. Girth, on the other hand, takes a greater mental concentration and I find that later in the day I am more able to do this.
