Well i am using a penomet with the wine vac but i dont see a penomet thread, and thought Bathmate and penomet are similiar so what the hell. Anyways, i attached it to my penomet, and then pump it up, but when i use the pump from the wine thing it screws up my seal, i dont know what im even supposed to be doing, or what to expect, can someone just give a explanation of how to use and how do you know if its working?

p.s im using the houdini wine thing if that helps at all

you should put the rubber "thing" complety straight on the top of penomet so you dont move the button. and pump the wine vaccum.

I also ripped out the inner rubber thingy of the wine vac so that when you pump the wine vac it has a larger hole for air and water to pull through it. The problem I found with the wine vac straight out of the box was that the holes in the wine vac were too tiny and under pressure they kind of seal up and stop the air from sucking out of the penis chamber when the pressures got high.
If you have a small drill you can do it with that. The Penomet valve will keep air from going back into the chamber so all you need is a nice bigger hole through the wine vac to give yourself better air flow.
You should be able to pump your self .5 to an inch bigger with the wine vac mod

Make sure your safe with the wine vac. I used mine with the penomet I got in Feb. After a few days I injured myself and had a thrombosed penile vein. There was a clot going towards the base but the next day it was gone. My better half contacted me while overseas with her mom. One thing led to another and I started rubbing one out. The clot was back in full force and I didn't stop..... Since she doesn't know I brought a penomet. By the time it was over I had one towards the base and one towards the top. It took quite a while to go away. Actually I had to mix together some eroset vein oil because months went by and it would not go away. After mixing together some EVO oil it was gone in a couple weeks. I let a few more months go by to make sure everything healed properly and now im going to start again. This time im leaving the wine vac in the drawer for at least 6 months to a year. 5 months lost because I wanted to start off too fast. Well lesson learned.....

[edit]
EVO oil is pretty amazing. I use it as my new masturbation lube and it does help with flaccid hang.

hmmm that is very interesting, my i ask if it was cause you used the wine vac so fast and didnt build up to it? like how long was it before you used the wine vac? and how do you know if you get the clots?

Some guys think the BathMate is powerful enough as is but others want more pressure, they go for the winevac. There is no time you have to wait, if you feel you want more pressure use the winevac modification.

This is from another user here I think. Wish I could remember who mentioned/pictured it.

It's the wine pump w/ a silicone sleeve. For anyone having problems w/ the stoppers being too stiff/ETC.
Heat can also make them more pliable, but it can be tedious if they keep reverting back to their original shape(s) overtime.

As mentioned before, heed midion's warning.

Forgot to mention that one can also use the VLC and tubing from parts stores to act as a coupling.
