Lol so all of a sudden when I'm in my sets of stretching during my second more of the third I get a pain in my whole shaft like this never happend till the past week and I havent changed any thing so what's the deal yo. And to top it off my glans are getting smaller or idk what but now its getting harder to grab them even with hella powder ... all in the same week like wtd!!! Lol still committed tho to p.e but dammmmmmmmmmm

One thing I can tell you about is the glans. The glans can get smaller if you're putting a lot of pressure behind the glans on each stretch, thats what happened to me. Try getting a semi going for stretches so you have more glans to grip on. About the shaft I have no idea? Is it pain on the skin or internal pain?
 
Sounds as though you have strained a ligament, it happens. I suggest a week off with lots of heat and massage. When you start up again go very light and work up in progressiveness, there is no rush and in this progressive nature you should be able to pin down exactly why this happened.

I say wait about a week to heal, you can never be too sure. If it's not that bad like a sprain then it could heal pretty quickly but in the meantime don't go intense

Exactly, just because it feels better still follow the protocol of taking a week off to be sure it is completely healed.
