Hello,
I started Penis Enlargement'ing this week doing the beginners routine, without the warmup/downs though, does that make a big difference ?
My main question is - i have been Penis Enlargement'ing late at night right before bed, is this ok ? im just thinking about when you do weight traning or any other training it is a good idea to eat afterwards to start repairing the muscle and tissues that have been broken down. is this the same for the penis ? or doesn't that make any difference ?

Welcome $izematters,
The time of day doesn't really matter as long as you have the time to complete all your scheduled exercise. I always prefer late nite. The penis is a different tissue and does not react the same as a muscle. You do need a certain amount of recoup time but the general rule is that if you have pain when doing the exercise, go easy or if bad pain...skip that day and let things heal. You will get to know your bodies limits as time goes on.

Ow and i noticed your forum signature says you went from 5 1/2 to 7 3/4inchs wow man thats impressive, well done.
Could you tell me how you acheived that, i.e. what routine have you been following and how long did it take ?
im at 5 3/4 - 6 inches right now i also want 8 inchs :)

Warm-up is very important as with any exercising. You don't want to go all out right from the start as this is where injuries can happen. As far as my gain, it took about 2 years of work to get there, I haven't updated in a while but I'm sure I am somewhere around 8.25 now. All you have to do is start a routine, be intense, and stick to it. Determination is the key. You will hit plateau's along the way with little or no growth but keep at it, persistence does pay off. Read all the threads you can here, knowledge is power. There are so many exercises listed, just pick, set up a routine and keep at it. Change it up about every 3 months or so.
