Welcome to the Brotherhood, @MaxHardcore94, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

I'm not new to PE but i'm gonna share my experience in a process log and tell my story there if that is ok.
With the starting stats, different routines and important things that happened the last 2 years.

That’s the best place to start is to start a routine and progress log and give as much information as you can possibly think of. Remember that this information is going to be very valuable when you look back on it in the future. And if you’re very successful your progress thread will act as a routine thread for other people looking on. So take every measurement, right out every exercise down to the rep, even take daily diaries of how you feel, You can never add enough to your progress log. I even suggest pictures and videos with measurements if you have the guts. I know a lot of people don’t like to do this in the beginning but after you get in a couple inches you’re gonna really wish you had those pictures.
