Welcome to the Brotherhood, @MadDingo25, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Hey mate thanks for the welcome.

Current measurements:
EL- 6.0 inches
EG- 4.6 inches

Short Term Goal:
EL- 6.5 inches
EG- 5.0 inches

Medium term goal:
EL- 7.5 inches
EG- 5.5 inches

Long term goal:
EL- 8.5 inches
EG- 6.5 inches

Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.
 
Thanks for coming out and introducing yourself, another brother in the family! The first place I suggest you start is to read through SRT and start a progress thread. SRT will give you 17 years of PE knowledge in one read focusing heavily on gaining and healing in the use of tools and manual work to speed the process and make it safer.

Your progress thread should include all of your starting measurements, your goals short-term and long-term, your routine, daily entries on emotion, pictures and videos and pretty much anything else that will be used in your routine. Progress threads are the best way for us to communicate when discussing your routine. Progress let’s also worked as a way for us to keep you accountable to what you’re doing and I also inspire other people as you start to grow. That’s a good place to start and from there if you need any help please just ask.
