Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Chenxiao33, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

I assume you interested in increasing the size of you Scrotum and Testicles? I have a routine to do just that if that is what you are searching for. You will find in the Newbie Routine and it is called the Testical Health Massage and Stretch. You’ll see changes within weeks.
 
Hi @Chenxiao33 !

Chinese, possibly from China? Traditional Chinese Medicine could have great herbs and supplements.

DLD's about the Testicle Health Massage is spot on though! Supplemental wise, Zinc is important for male health and can help a bit with testicle size. Try the massaging and let us know what else you seek! :)

Oh shit I did not know the Google translate would do Chinese or Japanese. This is really good to know I guess it’s something I’ve overlooked. You think I’d know but I never noticed it. Thank you for your translation and thank you for letting me know that Google can do it for me for now on.
