well i haven't been here for a long time college has been kicking my ass and if anyone knows anything about mathematics for dummy's then give me a hollar. But anyway i just came back to say i lost 100 or so odd pounds and if anyone wants to know how i lost the weight i can easily give you my exercise routine what i ate and what i do now just pm me or drop your aim name in this thread. I did not put my routine here because i don't know how many people would be interested. I actually lost the 100 pounds in 6 months and i've kept it off for a good 2 years now the only thing is i have a stomach im working it off now trying to at least it seems to be going well anyway if there is enough people who would like to see my routine i'll post a thread. oh yea the reason i made this thread lol is to tell everyone about the gazelle its 125 dollars you can burn 50 calories 48.6 to be exact in 5 minutes. its an amazing machine yea i know tony little looks funny in his leotard but this thing kicks ass. oh and sorry about the lack of puncuation hehe typing fast

Nice work man, that is a lot of weight to lose. BTW, You can run for 5 minutes and burn 50 calories, and it is free.

:D

But phil, doesn't the machine do extra work for you, and make you burn more calories? lol

burn 50 calories from running how? i don't think i've ever burned 50 calories from running how would you go about doing it :O

Um...I'll let you in on a secret. 50 calories AIN'T DAT MUCH. It's like a third of a cup of whole milk. Or 5 fish oil softgels. Or half an egg. A third of a scoop of protein powder.

Here's a better question to ask: What about the Gazelle will make you burn more calories than running? If anything, you'd burn less because you have momentum working in "favor" of your legs.
