Try jumping and then have a peek at your cock, looks fuller and healthier. Now I dont think its from your cock rubbing off your pants before anyone says it I think its the blood pumping up through your body from the force on your feet. Nothing new here its a natural thing to do when your freezing cold and for warming up in sports but could this help for pe as a warm up??

I learned from a very wise man that aerobic and weight activity about the penis area was a brilliant way to increase the flow of blood and healthy hormones to enhance sex. As a warm up it is great.
 
Mine likes to turn into a turtle when I do any aerobic exercises so no jumping for me. But if it works for you then awesome man!

Another way to warm up is to do light stretches with your bare hands for 5 minutes. Very effective.
