Brothers please help.. I’m considering permanent options with the wife and vasectomy has been raised. It’s either me or tubule ligation for her.

I need advice from other members out there:

Has anyone had a vasectomy whilst PEing?

Did the down time affect your gains?

Can you comfortably wear an extender after a vasectomy? (ie months after)

Did it affect your Libido?

Did it affect your ejaculate volume and consistency? I take supplements to increase my load arginine, citrulline, lecithin, pygeum and macca. I don’t want it to decrease.

Any pain / discomfort / blue balls or the feeling of pressure or the feeling of not actually empting balls on orgasm?

I had a no-scalpel vasectomy 9 months ago. I've had no issues with PE.

* Do wear the jock strap for a few days especially if you walk a lot during the day
* Don't be too worried about blood in the ejaculate in the first few goes, it's likely just stuff in the pipes from the procedure

The only concern I had was that it is common to use metallic hemoclips which are around the size of a rice grain. Perhaps unwarranted, but I worried that they might get in the way of my extender or other PE tools, and so I asked to have silk used instead of hemoclips. Statistically it is less reliable but it's still pretty small chance of failure.

Cost me about $500 out of pocket because I had not used my deductible yet.

Thanks ToucHydromaxyjunk.

So no pain noticed on orgasm or ache in the nuts..??

Sorry, working late. Sure there was nut ache one to two weeks. It differs from man to man.

I didn't have any issues (infection or whatnot) but I walked too much at work the first few days and then found myself with pain when walking so I had to wear the jock strap for a week or so. I suggest starting off with the jock strap and taking it a bit easy. Not a serious pain but just soreness from dangling.

You have to ejaculate quite a lot to clear it all out. At least 20 times, and at 12 weeks you send in a sample.

I really have no regrets, nothing feels different. No-scalpel procedure is very simple..

* Schedule appt
* Watch video
* Arrive: they give you an antibiotic to swallow and a jock strap to put on in the bathroom
* See the Dr, tell about any special requests, drop pants, lie back, chat for 10 minutes
* Sit up, raise pants, leave

I little scar for a month or so, gone now. My flaccid so tiny the cut was about halfway up my erect unit LOL.

As for loss of ejaculate volume, only around 10-15% is the sperm containing part produced in your balls, you won't lose the rest.
