Being uncircumcised, I find that when I'm stretching either:

A) I pull the foreskin back and grip below the glans, in which case my grip will simply slide along with the foreskin, or

B) I pull the foreskin forward and grip below the glans, in which case majority of the stretch is in the skin, or

C) I leave the foreskin alone and grip hard beneath the glans, causing the flaccid glans to mushroom slightly and using this as my grip (like pulling a slippery rope that has a knot at the end). This feels as though i'm pinching the glans and the grip still glides along with the foreskin, however.

Has anyone here who is uncircumcised found a successful stretching solution?

i think i know what you're talking about you feel a small pinch when u stretch and grip the glans. I have the same problem sometimes. I've gotten a bit used to ur after a few sessions. But the way i fixed it was you jsut have to try a few times to regrip it. You'll get a grip that won;t have the pinch. Try pulling ur foreskin all teh way back until there no slack

Im not cut and I do both under skin and over skin stretches.

I have some grip problems but I just use a tighter grip and it works. Hope that helps.

You can use a small cotton towel to get a better grip on your penis and avoid pinching too. This works for circumsized men as well :)

If you're uncircumcised just fully retract the foreskin before you wrap the towel around your penis, then grip and stretch. Don't release the grip or your foreskin will slip back. Of course, this may mean resetting the towel a few times, but this can be done very quickly and shouldn't take too much momentum out of your workout.
