Unable to get vacuum pressure inside Phallosan

I wore the phallogenetics at max tension for 2 hours. I'm using the medium bell and medium codom. I tried putting on the phallogenetics again but I can no longer get suction inside the bell. I have tried the larger bell, the same problem. I used powder, but still, I cannot get suction.

Somebody please help me.

How did you fix it? I had the same issues for a bit when I discovered a tiny tear in the condom. I moved it up so that part was more on the bell, and that seemed to keep vacuum. Also adding a drop of water inside helps as well, due to hydrostatic forces.
