For me it took some time to get the expansion going. Maybe it's that.
I am very worried if am not doing SSJ the right way.
I am worried if my grip is not strong enough.
I have no means to test if I am doing it right.

The thing is that you don't need to do it perfectly, just optimally for gains. Just look at the videos and do the exercise like in the videos.

Here is before and after picure when I started with Bathmate. Practically no expansion inside of the pump when I started.
I had done no lengthwork prior to this (or during this = only did girthwork). This was when I discovered penis enlargement. I did not know anything about MOS back then.

I have bath mate hydroextreme 7 and I’m thinking about getting the MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System. Is there a big difference between the two for gains?
Also I have the LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging and I’m not sure what’s the best routine for me. I usually bundle stretch for 1 min in each direction with 4 sets and then btc and dbs.

Asking again. With mityvac is there advantage to water over air or vice versa?
Im using air so far and i can reach up to
4-5 before i feel like im on the border of a risk of injury. And i feel like my penis don't get enough expansion at this level.
I wonder if it's safer to go higher with water? Also with water do i need to do that in bathroom? What happens when i pull my dick out is all water spill or they return somehow to the water cup?
