The worlds best Girth routine the 5x5x3 the road to a monster cock...penis enlargement

Hi
Asking again. With mityvac is there advantage to water over air or vice versa?
Im using air so far and i can reach up to
4-5 before i feel like im on the border of a risk of injury. And i feel like my penis don't get enough expansion at this level.

I wonder if it's safer to go higher with water? Also with water do i need to do that in bathroom? What happens when i pull my dick out is all water spill or they return somehow to the water cup?
Thanks

Air vs water expansion under pressure has been discussed across the board on so many forums. We'll simply spam the info over and over again, which don't look good. Key points to know:
  • Air vacuum causes inconsistent compression pressure around the penile body since the penile body has various media, which can cause inconsistent expansion inside. Water is more consistent due to the lack of compression under pressure.
  • Fluid build up is much higher with air compared to water as air can force the internal fluid to escape from within the tissues more easily because of higher vacuum compressible pressure.
  • 5 to 6 inHg is the target range for compression pressure for the long period under vacuum state. I go high into the into 12 inHg once I can determine the safe time period under higher vacuum, which is between 2 to 5 minutes. Never longer unless you're doing a dynamic pressure method of releasing and pumping every minute between 4 to 12 inHg. Doing this forces your inner chambers (corpus cavernosa) to undergo stress expansions. However, you need to constantly keep your penis on an erect state through stimulati and kegel exercises. This is the hardest part.

Forgot a few items for @trustr1

Any luke warm water in the bathroom for your Bathmate and MityVac wet method. No special magic water needed. Never use hot or scolding water. Comfortable warm water temp that you use for bathing.

Using Bathmate and MityVac, any water you pumped out, that volume will be lost. The water you spilled out the moment you plunge your penis in, the displaced water is lost. Any wasted water you lost, get rid of it as planter's water it drain down the sink. Don't reuse it u less water is an issue. Air pump style may be your better option if water is any issue in your area.

Bro can you be my coach too , thanks

Thanks ❤️ , how is the the moss red used ? Doesn’t seem to be any explanation
Ah yes. A bit limited on the direction usage. There are a few post about red light therapy earlier. Always remember that everyone has different sensitivity level. This is based on the irradiance (the power or brightness of the light) and the amount of dosage (time x irradiance) the body can subjectively handles. This is where you must test, test, and log. Baseline is the keyword to use.

Based on the lab measurement done by the geeks I know, the MOS Red is around 70 to 75 mW/cm^2. To reach a the desired dosage between 15 to 35 J/cm^2, place the unit about 6 inches away from your body, and start off with 15 minutes first. Try 15 minutes a day and observe to see if there's no issues with discoloration or redness of your skin for the next 3 weeks. Discoloration and red means your skin is sensitive to UV spectrums. Use 3 days on, 1 day off, just like PE, until your body exhibit no issues. That's more than enough dosage in a given day for the body to super charge the mitochondrial powerhouse to effectively repair your cell structures.

Once you know there's no issues with 15 minutes within the first 3 weeks, increase it to 20 minutes, and continue for another 3 weeks. If there's no further issue, increase to the max level for the first year for 25 minutes. No greater as most cells cannot handle more than 35 J/cm^2 for effective usages. Anything more than 35 J/cm^2, there's a diminishing of returns for benefits using red light therapy. Those who have serious injuries can go straight o 75 J/cm^2, but that's every 3 days.

Hope this helps.

Just sit in front of it on the bed.
Like this. Use the included stand and the protective glasses.
Careful to not drop it.

You’re at risk for burning your inner thighs in that position. Should not be positioned directly at the skin which it is almost in this picture.

By the way, the goggles are for when you’re tanning your face. It’s actually healthy for your eyes to get the red light, just not too close!

I’ve been using it for soon to be 2 years. I think the minimum recommended distance is like 2 inches at any given contact point towards skin.

I can feel it if having it even closer that that for a while. Burning feeling.

If you don’t get that feeling maybe you should just make sure you’re not TOO close to it so you won’t hurt yourself long term.

I have a very specific setup for it that works for me
