I used this method and achieved temporary gains. I wasn't able to cement anything until I started adding 10 minute clamping sessions afterwards. I am happy to say I have cemented probably 1/2" in girth with these methods. The only problem i've had is maintaining adequate eq to finish these exercises. My goal is to add another 1/2" but its been a slow process.
Girth work is slow. The best way to getting to your goal is making PE a life style.
