I don't use a timer when doing my SSJ. My session last from anything 50mins to 1 hour.

Hey DLD, about this routine, how do you warm before starting it?
Do you do the traditional warm cloth 5-10 mins warm up, or can you warm up by edging for 10 mins?
Also performing the routine, do you warm down then throw the cock ring on or put the cock ring on for about 30 mins at a time and after cock ring session warm down?

ive been doing my SSJ’s different to this video.
i get the OK grip at the base/top of the penis and then use the palm of my other hand to push down on the glans and then i push the OK grip up the shaft until it meets my palm. Is this okay?
Had a pretty good SSJ session yesterday and noticed I had little spots on my dick. Like little blood spots. Just under the skin and tiny. Did traction stretching the rest of the day. They are gone today, but just wondering if anyone else has had that?
It's normal. It happens to everyone using a penis pumping. Those spots fade away always after some time.
