Hello everyone. New to this forum but not a beginner in PE.
I'm 22 years old.
I want to share my story with you of my little improvement (but for me is huuuuge improvement), but don't look for the answer, i don't know how i reach this. So lets start from the beginning.
Almost 1 year ago, my measurements were:
Girth: 13.5cm
BPEL: 15cm
NBPEL: 12cm
I started with stretching routing by DLD, my goal was to improve my length. So, every day as warm up i masturbated and after that i stretched. Few weeks after, i measured and i saw improvement in millimeters lets say at the beginning if i was 15cm, few weeks i was about 15.3cm. I continued workout after this but for not so long and i stoped. I started a job and for whole day i was out.
Before I continue i must tell you that im guy who have problem with weight.
So my summer schedule was: Job, gym, sleep, repeat. At the end of summer i finished up with 10kg less and i was super motivated.
When i came back to university, i continued with working out, healthy food, Whey protein as supplement, but i started something new... To achieve my fat losing goal, i starter Intermittent Fasting (IF) at the middle of december 2018.
At the end of december i decided to come back on track and continue my PE workout to reach my goals. And as you know, before starting the PE, i took the ruler and tailor tape to make some measurements and here i was shocked...
My measurements now are:
Girth : 13.5 cm (same)
BPEL: 16cm
NBPEL: 13cm
I was like WTFF?? HOW? I havent workout with months.... I think, maybe its because fat loss but if you can see, the difference between BPEL and NBPEL is 3cm, before and after.
Possible things maybe are:
I WANT TO SHARE MY MOTIVATION WITH YOU GUYS...
Now im super motivated to continue with gym workouts, healthy foods, PE workout and to enjoy in my results: losing fat and gaining penis length.
If you are fat, low motivated... Just stand up and DO something, DO something for a month without cheating... Once when you see results, you will be unstoppable.. Believe me.
I've struggled with overweight, with small penis... I've read about that and i tried for a month... and I see only benefits.
So i want to COURAGE all of you. Do something for your self brothers.
I hope that i did not made mistake by posting this, if it is mistake, sorry @DLD

PS. I forgot to mention that i measure with same tools at same place (next to penis, not on dorsal site) every time.

- More testosterone (Less fat=more testosterone/ More fat= more estrogen)
- Some studies showed that when you are doing IF, your growth hormone (GH) is rising (Higher level of GH= increased penis size)
