That looks ridiculously pumped. A ton of fluid buildup. Like he's gonna have a bruised and fucked up looking dick tomorrow.
Im kinda even thinking that is saline injections or whatever, not just a pump.
It's weird how his balls look pumped and full of fluid too... But without being red or sore looking. I think injections. His skin doesn't move right and neither do his balls, something's weird.

Yea at first I was just assuming that pumping wouldn't give you much length... But when you're THAT pumped to the point of hurting yourself, lol.. I suppose it's quite possible
