I’m looking for a little advice from some of you PE veterans.... would I be better off substituting another daily hanging session in lieu of 15 minutes of jelqing? I don’t have time for both. I’ve read several places that you increase both length and girth from hanging.
I currently do stretching and hanging when I get home from work. Before bed I do bundled stretches, jelqing for 15 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of bathmate. Thoughts and constructive criticism would be much appreciated. Thanks.
 
I would go with adding another hanging session in lieu of the jelqs, as you say, hanging does help with girth, and you wont lose anything.

I will go with what you want more, do you want to gain length more or girth? That should make your decision. And you might want to do something different then hanging or joking for that period. You may want to introduce another two more exercise. Food for thought.

So do you want to work on a routine that strictly for length? And if so do you want me to write it for you with equipment that you have?
 
That would be much appreciated, brother. I have the silistretcher 2.0, 10 lbs of weights, a bathmate hydromax 7, and some sleeves.
