Width Expansion Using the Spine of a Book:
1. Make sure you have proper engorgement so that you can get maximum expansion. You may need to test this out a little.
2. Lay your erect penis on a flat surface.
3. Position the "Spine of a Book" at the base of the penis and press down with enough force for it to expand width-wise. Do not press so hard that you hurt yourself. Listen to your body .
4. Repeat step 3 on the other parts of the shaft as well.
I am using a book that has around a 1.25" spine. I currently do the presses for 30 seconds (One around the base, one at the midshaft, and one under the glans.) I do this width expansion exercise clamped also.
** I would not recommend a newbie doing this exercise since there is a lot of pressure involved. Use "caution" with this exercise if you try it out. I haven't been hurt using this exercise but the potential risk is there. **
