I have been doing hardcore stretches with the Bathmate after I do a good session with the LM. Now my junk is really sore and it feels like the skin is tight.

WHY IS THIS?

This would be fatigue. The skin will sometimes tighten, the tissue may also feel slightly hard to the touch when flaccid, soreness also...these all are signs of fatigue. Some use this state as the perfect time to do manual stretching, with the fatigue it makes it easy to stretch without resistance from the pelvic floor muscles. This is one of the reason DLD Blasters work so well.
 
I get the same thing after Bathmate Hardcore stretches and 1-2 Hours of wearing the SG.

The question which pops up is: Why not just let it rest? I can fit 2 of those in a day... should I be gaining more with a less intense but longer routine?
I can do 3 of those ... that would be around 30 min of Bathmate and 4 hours of SG...but then I'd be in this state constantly... good or bad?

I mean it is a slight injury even when we don't interpret it that way.... The question is if complete healing or constant recovery introduces the most growth.
