Hmm, for me the ligs don't burn as a muscle does after a gym workout. However, even the next day, 24 hours later, I can feel fatigue in the ligs when I pull. I don't feel much after the workout when just sitting there, but as soon as I yank on my dick I can tell if its been worked in the last 24 hours or not.
I agree with slepdick. I just did a length routine a few hours ago, and while I'm not particularly sore or burning, when I tug on it I can feel the stress on the ligs.
