Shaft Girth Problem

Hi all,

I bought a Hydromax8 a couple months ago and have been pumping somewhat consistently, doing the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) routine. I've noticed that the pump seems to give me expansion almost exclusively in my glans/tip only. Very minimal, if any, expansion in my shaft. My goal is to get a girthier shift rather than my tip, since I already started out with a rather disproportionately large tip lol. Any tips on what I could do to get more shaft expansion rather than glans? Or maybe a way of restricting some of the glans expansion so more blood stays in/expands more of the shaft?

Any advice would be much appreciated, or anyone's shared experience of this. Thank you!

This is a very rare situation, never heard of it before. Are you entering the pump erect? Are you sure thee is space for expansion inside the pump?

Check to confirm that the pump is wide enough. Make sure the pump is not too big for you too, that could be another problem.

What's your length and girth sizes?

As brother huge-girth said, that is considered as rare. Normally, expansion is more at the base and lower part of the shaft rather than the glans. Sounds like your shaft tissues are so dense that the pressure is diverted to the terminus, which is your glans. You may need to use a thick 10mm thick cap that covers down to the base of the glans to prevent pressure from expanding the glans.

Thank you for the response! And I'm sorry if this is long winded.

So to clarify, whilst in the pump there is a very slight expansion in the shaft (though it is mostly just bulging veins). Whilst the glans is rather huge in it's expansion. But after pumping, virtually all of that shaft expansion immediately evacuates my penis, and only the glans remain in that swollen state. I experimented with using a cock ring immediately after pumping to try and retain some of that shaft expansion, but that seemed to only add another 5 minutes until the blood somehow found a way out.

I enter the pump semi-erect, but maybe I should try fully erect? And yes there's certainly space for expansion in the pump, I'm nowhere near girthy enough to touch the sides of the pump. I have a rather thin but long penis so I don't believe the hydromax8 is too big for me. My NBPEL is 7.1 inches, but bone pressed erect length is about 7.5 inches. My erect girth is 4.6 inches at midshaft and about 5 inches around the glans. Also I'm circumcised in case that means anything.

What I've gathered from lurking on this website is that post-pump expansion is an important aspect of seeing your potential gains. But maybe I'm just expecting too much too soon?

Thanks again for the help!

Yes! This is exactly what it feels like! Like my shaft tissues are super hard/dense and just really don't want to expand. So the blood diverts to my glans where it has no problem expanding. Strange one!

Maybe there's something wrong with my shaft tissues that makes them tough when erect? Perhaps there are some exercises I can do to soften them up, and better prime them for expansion?

I've never heard of this cap you're referring to. What is it? Like a piece of plastic/rubber or something?

Thanks for the insight!

The best way is to break or stress the shaft tissues. You can do manual twist, but the most effective one is LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging to assist with 360 to 720 degrees twist. The only way to deal with dense tissues is to break down the dense fibers with force. Many veterans here suffer the same.

The cap is the SiliCap. Look in the MoS Shop for the terminus Solid sleeve with glans cover. It has a 4in cover. Think of a very thick condom.Screenshot_20240712_205243_Chrome.jpg

Thank you so much for the suggestions! Twists do sound a little scary if I'm honest šŸ˜© but I guess I'll ease my way into it, like with all PE endeavours. I'll find a routine and begin asap. Also looked up the silicap and my gosh it's exactly what I imagined I needed! I'll get one ordered and get to using that too.

If I could sneak one last cheeky question in to anyone who sees this- am I a little too early in my pumping journey to use a cockring post-session? Like I said I've only been pumping for a couple months, so was just wondering whether a 20-30 min use of a cockring after pumping would be overkill at this point?

Thanks again!

Hahahhaha. You know you twist your penis all the time when you masterbate, right? It's not to the extreme end, but you do that. You also twist your body parts, such as your arms, legs, back and neck constantly. The penis is the least of the paid attention body part. So, don't be so worrisome about giving the smaller guy a twist.

Never stop asking questions, no matter how sili, strange, or even out of the world of a question it is. We'll try to answer it.

As for the cock ring post-session usage, no, you're not too early. Brothers who haven't even pump yet can still wear it. It actually helps with blood vessel and nerve repairs by causing the blood to pool there for 5 minutes. The penis actually gets its exercises through blood flow from erection. No erection (that's pretty much hours at at time), no exercise. You get some exercises from urination. If your penis has muscle fibers like the arm, it will be the weakest limb on the body, next to your pinky toes.

For any pumping session, no matter how light it is, from 1 minute to 30 minutes, wear the cock ring for 45 minutes to 60 minutes, or longer if you can. Like I said, it's an exercise that the penis is getting, no matter minor the pumping session is. If you pump and went past the erectile pressure, which is between 3.5 to 4.5inHg, where 4.5 inHg is the extreme end of very horny and healthy individuals, you broken down the tissues to some degree at the micrometer. Take advantage of that and allow your penis to heal with that expansion gap in mind. Most pump manufacturers fail to provide info like this. Most brotherhoods failed to mention this post pumping requirements. The 45 minutes is essential as the cells already initate the healing at the first second of cellular breaches. 45 to 60 minutes allow the blood to send essential building blocks to the penis via the blood to help with the repair. 5 minutes per blood volume trap is to provide constant oxygen renewal to keep the cells at constant fuel support for the processes. Beyond 10 minutes is considered as fatal as you are creating blood clot factors and straving the cells and penis of oxygen.

Hope this provide clarity to multiple worries you have.
