I probably might be seasonal. life is heading full force on me and I have so much to do and I'm stressing out constantly at the fact that I'll be left alone soon (no family) and I don't have a job yet. I'm currently looking for one, heck I'll take 2 and take on school at the same time. But I also need a place to rent. When I get my shit together I'll definitely come back and hopefully with new discoveries.

What exactly keeps you away from training. I understand the frenulum but what exercises don't let you continue without pain in regards to the frenulum?
 
Well I can't do SG work, i'm afraid to clamp because my head swells up a lot and that will pull a lot on the frenulum. I've been doing kegels and manual stretches. I tunica twist like I'm trying to make toralini :D

Ahh yes, also avoid bundled stretching, hurts. With the lengthmaster it'll be easier to do your manual stretches with good intensity and normal stretches you dont really have to worry about the frenulum
 
It hurt in the shower with the washing liquid. Couldn't pull foreskin back. I think it was disinfecting it because the pqin didn't make sense.

After i got high and got mad horny and my eq was 100. Amazing. Sooooooooooo much harder than berore. Easy to pull foreskin back no pain, felt like trying clamping. Gains are so obvious to see but these are just my beginner gains. I think a few more days and ill be ready
 
^ When I nicked my frenulum I had to switch to a milder soap as the one I was using aggravated the cut, and didn't allow it to heal. I don't think you have an infection (although I have to see a pic at least to say), but antibiotic ointment will speed up the healing process alot so try to keep some on it anyway.
 
I'm putting aloe vera lotion. Aloe vera is excellent in healing all skin trauma

the bundled strteches when you stretch behind the cheeks,i can feel some pain,but its an angle that we have to hit..hidden gains are everywhere...lol

Why are you limiting yourself to a routine though? You want to get that over with and then add some new exercises? If you haven't gained in 2-3 months I suggest you already add a new exercise

Yeah. I just made it up to be honest. Take your dick, do the __________ strecth and move it towards the anus or butt cheeks while holding the __________ stretch. I have never tried it but it seems its easier to do with a lengthmaster because of the handles. I wouldn't try it manually because it doesn't really work and give any effect. If someone could try it with the LM and give some feedback to see if it's any different.
 
Oh man with the LM you can do all kinds of thing by positioning the handlebars against the legs. Its really a technical work of art

well you have to spend 3 months before making a decision,if u dont see gains whitin 3 months you should change your routine n your exercises. Have been doing this new exercise for the last 2 weeks bro going to wait n see....

ill find out later LOL i can do the Erect strecthings, n the LM session for the next 3 months.... i wish i had plenty of free time but i dont life sux at least for now..

but im almost sure im going to see gains..:cool::cool:

Oh okay :) Good to hear. And don't get off the routine after 3 months just keep adding new stuff to it :)
