Secrets of girth. (quick results)

I agree for ssj...in fact, I already have my gear ready for 5x5x3. I just wanna see how far i can get with using only ssj...what's your opinion about that ? How far , how many inches, months before i press the pedal to the metal(5x5x3) ?

The SSJ will take you all the way to where you want to get. The 5×5×3 just makes it quicker. But you’re right in the sweet spot of where you wanna be to add on girth. Always remember though to do your bundle stretching before every workout for five minutes.
 
Do you guys recommend to replace jelqing with ssj? I have been doing newbie routine with lengthmaster.
The first 2 weeks were tough as my penis wasn't contitioned and had alot of fatigues days, specially when I use bathmate after a work-out but Im starting to get great results.

you should definitely change to the 5×5×3 found in SRT. This routine that includes the SSJ in the Bathmate will bring expansion like you’ve never seen before.

It was good read, even though I had had read it before, but forgot half of it.

I have to ask about reverse kegel. I started doing them like right know but I can't feel them through (pc muscle) my penis like normal kegels.

I'm feeling my lower abdomen pushing forward, is that it? Or there is more, to it?

You really will not feel a RK because it is the complete unflex of all pelvic floor muscles. TheReverse Kegel Is used for one reason only, when you are stretching your flaccid penis. When we stretch the pelvic floor muscles have a habit of holding back the intensity were putting in. When you engage in a Reverse Kegel all of these muscles are disengaged and you’re able to stretch your penis without interference from those muscles.

now I do 35 minutes of the clamp without interruption.

I just stimulus myself and I keep going without interruption

Sweet, that reminds me of the days back in 2002 when I experimented with clamping, brought it to the web not long after :) it works, but has risks, never force it, don't over tighten.
