I think you should start off by taking a picture after a couple weeks of not wearing the rop at all of your face or acne on your body. Then put the rop on..say, an hour everyday for a week..then take a picture each day of your acne (if any)..and report back results.. Whatever works and makes proof of the acne problem and or solution...keep the same diet and exercise level of course, do everything the same for all weeks.
