This is Dr Judson Brandeis. Urologist and Sexual Medicine Expert. I recently presented the results of my P-Long Study at the joint meeting of the ISSM and the Sexual Medicine Society of North America. The P-Long Protocol consists of monthly injections of PRP with ultrasound guidance, daily traction Device, daily suction with a hand pump, and high-dose Nitric Oxide Boosting with AFFIRM 2 tablets twice a day.

At six months, the average study participant increased length by 0.85 inches and increased girth by 0.47 inches. All participants had some increase in both length and girth but results varied. We had one man increase length by 1.44 inches and one man increase girth by 0.75 inches. Everyone reported an increase in the firmness of their erections. The growth curves were linear which means that it is likely that continued PRP, traction, suction and Nitric Oxide supplementation will result in continued growth.

The reason that I think that this study was successful was the use of high dose PRP. We used a double spin centrifuge with 60 cc of blood drawn giving us over a billion platelets. The growth factor released by the platelets accelerated the traction and suction process. The traction device was developed by the Mayo Clinic and increased length 2cm in men with Peyronie's Disease. The hand pump had a pressure gauge that allows for monitoring of penile pressures to keep pressure in an elevated but safe range, and has a range of cylinder sizes that can grow with the penis. And AFFIRM utilizes both the Citrulline and Nitrate pathways to maximally boost Nitric Oxide which boosts circulation that is essential for growth.

No man in the study had any negative effects. Everyone was happy that they participated. Growth typically varied with the commitment to the process and the baseline size of the penis. In some men growth occurred early and in some growth occurred later.

There are another 16 men completing the P-Long Study. When all the final data is in, we will be able to do subgroup and percentage analysis to give you a better idea of how much you can expect to grow. We will be writing and submitting a final paper for publication.

The important thing to know is that this is SAFE and EFFECTIVE and does not preclude additional therapies.

Had a look around the website etc. Seems legit but dude, $5000 to partake in a 6 month trial? That's steep in anyone's currency.

Hello Mr Voorhees, the clinical trial is completed and our initial results have been presented and published. I agree that $5000 is not an insignificant amount of money, but if you compare this to fillers, fat transfers or the penuma surgery, it is a fraction of the cost.
